A Little Bit About Me!

I’m Ciaran McKendry, founder of CMKAS Property, with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry.

I began my career as a sales negotiator before becoming joint owner of Hannath Estate Agents in Portadown. In 2024, I stepped away from estate agency to establish CMKAS Property, focusing on two core areas.

Portfolio Building

I help clients find and purchase residential investment properties that match their individual investment criteria.

From sourcing opportunities and carrying out viewings to due diligence and helping oversee the purchase, I provide a hands-off service for first-time investors, busy professionals, business owners and experienced landlords.

With an established network of estate agents, landlords, surveyors and solicitors throughout the ABC Council area, I can also provide access to off-market opportunities.

I also work with property owners looking for a discreet, straightforward way to sell investment properties directly to active investors.

Private Investment

I work with private investors who provide capital towards CMKAS Property’s own property projects for an agreed period and return.
