A Little Bit About Us

Ciaran McKendry has over 11 years’ experience in the property industry; starting life of as a sales negotiator which quickly led to him becoming a joint owner of a very well-known estate agency practice in Portadown, Hannath Estate Agents. Having developed an excellent contact list within the ABC Council which includes estate agents, landlords, surveyors & solicitors which gives us an edge for more opportunities. 

Ciaran has been involved in property investing for over 10 years, having secured his first buy to let property back in 2014. Over the years his portfolio has grown significantly and now includes a number of BTL & HMO properties.

Andrew Sharkey has over 14 years’ experience as a surveyor and has now transitioned into the creative field. He started his own videography business in 2018 producing high quality property media for estate agents and vendor’s province wide and to date has photographed just under 500 properties.

His passion for film making and photography is equalled by his interest in property investment and generating value for others through his work.

Andrew’s first project was our joint project together, a five bed HMO conversion in Portadown.
